Do you ever just wanna, dance?



How many times in your life have you ever just had a massive urge to burst out your worst dance moves in history when a catchy song is on? Lots? Cool.
So, how many times have you actually given in to that temptation? Not many? Well, neither have I. Today, I did.
I'd left my iTunes blasting out my latest ear addiction whilst helping to sort and clear belongings, and cooking lunch, and whilst walking down the stairs, there was a spring in my step. I had let myself be free. I had let my body, be free. Stepping down from the last stair, my body and mind sprung into total music mode, and before I knew it I was crazily dancing around the room. I'm not a dancer and it's not something I have done often before, but today, it felt good, really good. Not only did I love the freedom I had found and the energy in the room, but it was such a feel-good song playing, I would've classed myself as a robot if it hadn't had that effect! Whether you're a professional or an amateur, dancing can change you. It can make you happier. I recommend it.
Let yourselves live a little. Make the most of every moment. And MOVE TO THE BEATS!!
